Unfortunately my husband got I’ll and was loosing blood.
I would like to say that your ambulance was called with a superb nurse.
His name is Pier Francesco Menichelli.
What was an awful situation became quite manageable because of this young man.
I would like to compliment you on your absolute superb staff.
I don’t know if you have any merit system, but he deserves special recognition..

Vorrei dire che la sua ambulanza è stata chiamata con un’infermiera eccezionale.
Si chiama Pier Francesco Menichelli.
Quella che era una situazione terribile è diventata abbastanza gestibile grazie a questo giovane.
Vorrei complimentarmi con voi per il vostro staff assolutamente eccezionale.
Non so se hai un sistema di merito, ma merita un riconoscimento speciale..
